Before Project Commencement:

Clients may cancel their package purchase before the project start date. A full refund will be issued, excluding any payment gateway charges or administrative fees.

After Project Commencement:

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on:

Recurring/Subscription Services:

For ongoing services billed monthly, cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
